  The University of South Carolina has been selected to join the 100K in 10 network, a national initiative to realize President Obama’s goal of developing 100,000 new STEM teachers by 2021. South Carolina is pleased to have been selected along with the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Penn State, Purdue, Texas A&M, Universities of Illinois, Missouri, and Virginia to network and collaborate on increasing the quality and quantity of teachers in science, mathematics, engineering and technology areas for our state and the nation.
