Jeff Charbonneau, the 2013 National Teacher of the Year made several trips to the Palmetto State during his term, appearing as a guest of CERRA, the state's Center for Educator Recruitment, Retention and Advancement. In this appearance, Jeff delivered the keynote address at CERRA's 2014 Teacher Forum Conference in Myrtle Beach.
