A Bandmaster's Career is Honored

When most of us think of a band conductor, visions of a football field can certainly come to mind.  But it’s a demanding career.  Which may be why, over the past 90 years, only nine people in our state have been inducted into the American Bandmasters Association -- and our next guest is the latest to have received this prestigious honor.

Mike Switzer talks with Dr. Dan Turner, the director of bands and instrumental activities, as well as a professor in music education at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC.
