The holidays are just around the corner, and if you have family coming to visit, it’s a good time to think about some quick home improvements before the crowd arrives.
Take the time to fix a broken door bell, or fill in the cracks on your front walk. If your concrete is showing some signs of wear, but isn’t cracked all the way through, you can resurface rather than patching it. You can also add a concrete tint to change the color and add curb appeal. You don’t have time to remodel, but re-caulking your tub and giving the bathroom a fresh coat of paint can be done in an afternoon. This is a good time to fix a leaky toilet or a dripping faucet, and if your dishwasher is on the fritz, this is also a good time to find a deal on an energy efficient model. And don’t forget to sweep the cobwebs on the porch or pressure wash your siding!
