Be sure to pack some silverware that can be washed rather than using disposable plastic cutlery. And napkins left over from last week’s take-out dinner can be packed too. You can save money by purchasing a large jug of juice rather than the juice boxes. Just secure the liquid in a re-usable bottle or thermos. The same idea can apply to yogurt and those healthy fruits and veggies!
