Walk or Bike to Work

We’re all looking for ways to help the environment and one simple way to do that is to walk or bike to work.  Start training for that half marathon by jogging to your workplace.  Human powered modes of transit conserve fossil fuels, and the extra activity will get you in shape quickly!  Do you live too far from work to walk or bike?  Surely there’s a trip you would normally take in your car that you could walk instead. 

Maybe your favorite restaurant is just down the block, next time you head out to dinner walk or bike.  Or here’s an idea: jog to the gym and get a head start on that work out.  Recruit your family or a friend to commute with you and get in some social time too.
