Even though gasoline prices have collapsed, they remain very unpredictable and that's why many public and corporate fleets are exploring alternatives to petroleum-based transportation. And that's why the South Carolina Energy Office has partnered with the US Dept. Of Energy in a new initiative geared toward expanding the use of alternative fuel vehicles.
