A highlight of the WhatWorksSC Award luncheon in mid-October was this conversation which dealt with the impact of the recent storms and floods effecting schools, communities and bus transportation. Mrs. Spearman also commented on equity in funding, youth apprenticeship programs and much more during this interesting exchange with Mrs. O'Byron.
